payment

I only accept gil as upfront payment, or 50% upfront for 30m and above payments. real money is not required.prices can vary depending on how difficult / many props are needed to carry out the shoot, but it will always be discussed prior and only done if agreed upon.

file usage

once the final art has been handed to you, you are allowed to post it on social media and personal websites with/without credit. for clients that wish to post the work to apps/sites with integrated AI training like instagram or x, please use Glaze or Artshield prior to doing so.you are also free to use it as personal display (eg. phone wallpaper) with/without credit.do not claim credit, and do not use for nft / ai training.

revisions

there will be a first and second pass for edited photos, where revisions are free if it does not require a complete redo. (unless it is integral to the character's design.)first pass ; this is to confirm the pose and depiction of subject is accurate to the client's vision.
second pass ; this is the shot with post-processing. up to three major revisions in value adjustments / editing / painting are allowed.

please have mcdfs and idea references ready when making a purchase. i am happy to take full creative liberty, but i urge you to have a clear idea of what you envision or be ready to discuss it, for optimal results.i do not work with clients who align themselves with NFTs, crypto currency, or generative AI content. this is not up for discussion.
